Candled Aromas accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.


Shipping to the U.S. & Canada

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact support@candledaromas.com for a status update. Please note that the postal service, USPS, and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any accurate shipping times at the moment. Once your item has been scanned and shipped you will receive a tracking notification.

*The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Standard usually takes 3-4 business days. Express is delivered within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

At the moment we do not offer International shipping due to high shipping prices. Once we have found affordable international shipping we will add it to our site. Please be patient till then.

When do we ship?

We ship our products during normal operational days (Mon-Fri). Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If an item is in-stock they are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. During Holidays there will be delays expected as we are closed on most major Holidays. You will be sent an email when your order is shipped. If there is a delay you will be notified within 36 hours of your order being placed. Please make sure you provide us with a daytime phone number and an accurate email address in case we need to contact you.

Free Shipping Calculations / Offers

In the contiguous 48 United States, FREE shipping can be applied to all orders above $100.00+ with use of our promotional code. Free Shipping Promo Code: "CA-Free-Shipping", do not include the quotes in the promo code. Free shipping is calculated based on the value of the purchased products (Candles, Wax Melts, Etc.) in your shopping cart. Taxes, Gift Certificates, and other charges do not apply to the calculation of free shipping. Only product costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs DO NOT APPLY toward free shipping promotions. You should receive your order within 6 to 14 business days (Mon-Friday) from the date that we ship. We reserve the right to choose the best method for Best Rate shipping (USPS, UPS, UPS Surepost, Fedex, etc).

Summer Shipping Schedule

Many of the products sold by Candled Aromas are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat. In order to ensure your order is free of damage, temperature-sensitive products will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping. All other products that are not affected by temperature will ship Monday-Friday as normal. If you would like, we offer ice packs for additional purchase to help prevent any temperature based damage.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Candled Aromas within 7 days of delivery. If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered. You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
